Hello All:
I would like to approach my term paper in the way you would if you were publicly speaking. I will start with an introduction of salesforce.com and explain how it came about in 2002 and has already proved to be aa great tool for businesses and improve the end user satisfaction. I will then give readers the opportunity to understand how although salesforce.com is a CRM tool it is also used for new media and giving employees of companies a way to share and view others work. The main thing about salesforce.com I will discuss is the option of chatter which is a way to somewhat "tweet" what you are working on, progress made and easier for management to not have to micromanage employees with workflow rules etc.
For now I think the title will be Salesforce.com & how it changed the way companies used new media to improve their bottom line.
